TECH SUPPORT

As part of WordPress Website Academy, we're also offering TECH SUPPORT OFFICE HOURS in the Facebook group to be on hand if you're having any issues with the theme, you're noticing things look different than you believe they should or you really can't figure it out.

Below are the office hours for ONLY tech support.

TECH OFFICE HOURS

• Week 1: Monday, May 18th at 1PM
• Week 2: Monday, May 25th at 1PM
• Week 3: Monday, June 1st at 1PM
• Week 4: Monday, June 8th at 1PM
• Week 5: Monday, June 15th at 1PM

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFICE HOURS?

There will be a pinned post at the top of the Facebook group during the week's office hours. You will be able to comment your question there, and Anthony, our developer tech-guru will be able to answer your questions as best he can during those hours.

If you're noticing something off with the theme, he'll be taking note and ensuring a future update (that are always free) will be scheduled to include your request.

DO I NEED TO GO PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFICE HOURS TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS COURSE?

The office hours are an added bonus of WordPress Website Academy and they are usually hot ticket items for people setting up their website. We've created office hours for you to help you feel less overwhelmed and ensure you're getting through things that are making you stuck quickly, so you can focus on launching your website by the end of the month's session.
